The Harvest

Start harvesting Spinach Amaranth, Bloomsdale Savoy, and Salad Greens as leaves reach size; pick often to keep plants producing. Cut Garlic Chives regularly for tender growth. For brassica types, harvest heads/greens promptly to avoid bolting as temperatures rise.
